Rilla Fay Hall

Obituary Rilla "Fay" Hall, age 79, of Tulsa, OK passed away peacefully, Sunday evening, March 30, 2014 at the Clarehouse in Tulsa, OK. Fay was born on October 15, 1934 in Coweta, OK and was the daughter of Roy and Ola (Woodward) Phillips. She was a 1954 graduate of Coweta High School. Fay and Larry E. Hall were married on December 28, 1952 in Coweta, OK. Larry and Fay lived in Perry, OK for over 30 years and Stillwater, OK for 5 years. She was a homemaker for most of her life. Fay was a member of the Yale Avenue Christian Church in Tulsa, OK. In the early years of her life, she was very active in the Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, working outside, watching "I Love Lucy" and "Andy Griffith" and she loved spending time with her family and grandchildren. Fay is survived by her husband of 61 years, Larry Hall of the home in Tulsa, OK; 4 children, Alan Hall of Denver, CO, Deborah Pomeroy & husband, Carl, of Tulsa, OK, Stefan Hall & wife, Andrea, of Stillwater, OK and Joel Hall & wife, Kendra, of Stillwater, OK; 13 grandchildren, Brittany Stines, Travis Hall, Justine Elliott, Brandon Pomeroy, Matthew Pomeroy, Tyler Pomeroy, Tessa Pomeroy, Abigail Hall, Miriam Hall, MaryBeth Hall, Andrew Hall, Ashton Hall and Charlie Hall; 4 great grandchildren, Natalie Stines, Evan Stines, Jayden Pomeroy and Kenna Pomeroy; 1 aunt and uncle; 2 nephews; and numerous cousins and other relatives. Fay was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Ola Phillips and her brother, Jimmie Phillips. The family will greet friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening, April 3, 2014 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A memorial service for Fay will be held at 11:30 am, Friday, April 4, 2014 at Yale Avenue Christian Church, 3616 S. Yale Ave., Tulsa, OK 74135. Pastor Mike Albert will officiate the service.
