Joseph Thomas "JT" Shaw

Obituary Joseph Thomas "JT" Shaw was born on April 30, 2016 and was tragically taken on Monday, December 9, 2019 at the age of 3. He was the son of Jalee RaeAnn Perryman and Justin Thomas Shaw. JT lived a short life, but a life full of energy and love. He was the center of attention anytime he walked into a room and could put a smile on anyone's face. JT had so much potential and was going to do great things before his life was abruptly taken. He enjoyed helping his grandpa and was known as, Chiefpa's Carpenter Apprentice. He loved dinosaurs especially T-Rex, playing video games, playing with toy guns, hunting bad guys, and he loved being outdoors. JT is survived by his parents, Jalee RaeAnn Perryman and Justin Thomas Shaw; his maternal grandparents, Jason "Chiefpa" Perryman and Janna "Mimi" Dobbins Perryman; his paternal grandmother, Vickie "Nina" Shaw; his great grandparents, Johnny Dobbins, Carolyn Austin, and Judy Poindexter; his aunts and uncles, Jade Perryman, Jaycie Perryman, Anthony Garbani, Billy Shaw, BJ Moon, and Leslie Lance; and numerous great aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends. JT was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Walter "Wally" Shaw. Viewing will be from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Brown Family Funeral Home. A wake service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2019 at Broken Arrow Indian United Methodist Church in Broken Arrow, OK. Services celebrating JT's life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Coweta Assembly of God in Coweta, OK with Pastor Randy Wisdom officiating and Pastor Matt Rowell assisting. Pallbearers are Justin Shaw, Jason "Chiefpa" Perryman, and Anthony Garbani. Honorary Pallbearers are Johnny Dobbins, Ethan Lance, Chris Poindexter, and Vernon Poindexter.
