Doua Lee

Obituary Doua Pov Lee or ZamXwm Lis, age 57, passed away peacefully at 2:30 pm on June 1st, 2021 at Ascension St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was born October 2nd, 1963 in Laos to Mor Lor (mother) and Ntsuab Lwm Lee (father). He was a War Veteran who led hundreds of soldiers and survived the Vietnam War making it here to the United States in 1982. He had a mission from there on to work hard providing food on the table for his loving wife Ai Xiong Lee and seven children along with their spouses, Chang Lee and his wife Mee Vang, Vong Lee and his wife Pa Vang, Yang Long Toua Lee, Yang Jing Lee, Maixee Lee and her husband Don Witherspoon II, Nou Zong Lee and her husband Koua Yang and Gao Nancy Lee. Doua was a wonderful father to his children and a magnificent grandfather to his 16 grandchildren. He was able to build a future filled with hopes and dreams making anything possible for them. Doua was an honorable man who had the kindest heart and was always ready to give a helping hand to others in need. To Doua, seeing that he was able to help others gave him a sense of fulfillment in his heart. Other than providing for his family, he enjoyed teaching his wisdom to those who wanted to listen and learn from him. He was a powerful, spiritual man who anyone can call upon and he would be there to assist in anyway. His healing abilities are beyond measured. His teachings lie within his students. His influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew him, and his beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of his children and grandchildren.
